With over 20 years of experience in IT industry, I have the skills and knowledge to effectively navigate complex business and technology challenges and deliver optimal solutions.
My mission is to be a trusted architecture partner for my clients, offering independent, unbiased, and pragmatic advice that aligns with their goals and values.
Jodi Franzke
Senior Business Architect / Business AnalystsA highly creative and energetic People Manager and Senior Business Analyst with over 20 years’ experience in various domains, including Business Analysis, Project Delivery, and Business Architecture.
Skilled in Capability Modelling, Training, Development, Leadership, and coaching. Known for building strong stakeholder relationships, open communication, and influencing management outcomes. Passionate illustrator and facilitator. Industry experience spans Telecommunications, Insurance, Education, Utilities, and State Government.
In her spare time Jodi is a self-published author/illustrator of children’s books.

Senior Solution ArchitectSteven is a very experienced Solution Architect with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry.
He has worked in many diverse industries within Melbourne and overseas including Government, Banking, Retail, Insurance, Utilities, Automotive and Manufacturing.
Steven has an extensive background in developing architectures that deliver quality solutions for clients with a strong focus on application, integration and migration.
Outside of work, Steven enjoys travel and photography.
Alexey Tikhovsky
Portfolio and Program Delivery ManagerAlexey draws on more than 20 years of experience as a Program & Portfolio Manager and a Project Manager successfully delivering projects and programs for various organisations.
Alexey’s expertise is in:
-Developing plans and roadmaps for enterprise technology transformations
-Managing complex programs and portfolios of work and overseeing establishment of governance frameworks
-Delivering major projects in the Utilities (Electricity and Gas Distribution, Water), Retail, and Public sector ranging from custom-developed IT solutions to SAP implementations
-Ability to manage concurrent multiple projects
